Shipping & Return Policies

It is our hope that you will be happy with all of your purchases.

However, if you are not -- or if your merchandise is defective or damaged -- we will offer a 30 day unconditional money back guarantee.

Processing returns, refunds, and replacements are handled on an individual basis, depending on the situation. Please note the following guidelines and procedures:

If you want to refuse delivery of your purchase.

If you haven't yet opened the package, leave the package unopened, circle the return address, and write clearly "Return to Sender" across the front. When we receive the package, your account will immediately be credited for the full amount paid, and we will send you an e-mail message to that effect. (There are no penalties or restocking fees.)

If you want to return a defective purchase.

If you accept delivery, but wish to return it because it is damaged, doesn't work, or is otherwise defective, you may do so within 30 days of the original invoice date, provided you have contacted us and been issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. Include our completed RETURN FORM found HERE. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader (free download using the link provided below) to view the page.

DAMAGED: Items received were damaged or broken.
DOESN'T WORK/DEFECTIVE: Items received do not work properly or are mechanically defective.

We will gladly, at our discretion, issue a credit for the full original amount paid, ship a replacement product, or we may repair the item and return it to you. Simply place the items in their original packaging with the Return Form enclosed, seal the package, and return it to us. Return shipments should be sent via traceable means as MyOnlineSource.com is not responsible for return shipments it does not receive.

If you want to return a non-defective purchase.

INCORRECT: Items received are not what was ordered.
NOT AS DESCRIBED OR PICTURED: Items received were not what was expected from what you saw on our website.
QUALITY BELOW EXPECTATIONS: Items received do not meet the quality standards you expected.
ORDER DELAYED - NEEDED SOONER: Items received were delayed beyond an acceptable time frame.

We will gladly issue a credit for the full original amount paid. However, ALL NON-DEFECTIVE RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO A 10% RESTOCKING FEE. If additional postage and packaging expenses are necessary for the return, they are the customer's responsibility and therefore, are non-refundable.

1.Call for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number (1-312-238-9514 M-F 9AM-5PM CST).

Returns will not be accepted at our warehouse without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. RMA numbers expire after 14 days. Any return (except unopened delivery refusals) we receive without an RMA number will be documented and returned to you.

2.Inspect Your Return.

ALL products being returned must be 100% complete and must be packaged in ORIGINAL PACKAGING. All packing materials, manuals, diskettes, CDs, digital media, blank warranty cards and other accessories and documentation must be included in the original packaging as provided by the manufacturer. A return will not be processed, or a restocking fee may be charged in the event ANY items included in the original shipment to you are not present in the returned package. Items sent for return or replacement consideration will be immediately denied if the return shipment is received by us improperly packaged, altered or physically damaged. ALL ITEMS WILL BE INSPECTED AND TESTED UPON RECEIPT. Any discrepancies including, but not limited to, the following list will result in the package being returned to the customer and credit or replacement will not be issued.

All returned packages will be thoroughly inspected in accordance with our inspection criteria, and a determination will be made if eligibility requirements are met for credit, replacement, exchange, or repair. The following factors may result in the delay or denial of processing your return:

Products which are improperly packaged.
Products returned to us in non-qualified shipping containers.
Packages affixed with counterfeit label(s) or affixed with labels exhibiting tampering.
Products with any standard certification labels removed (UL listing, capacity, brand name).
Products or packages with barcode label removed.
Products with serial number which does not match serial number on package or invoice (We maintain serial number tracking).

3.Ship and Insure Your Return.

We strongly recommend that you FULLY insure the package you are returning. This is for YOUR protection in the event the package is lost or damaged in transit. We suggest that you use a "traceable carrier" that can provide you with proof of delivery. C.O.D. returns will not be accepted. MyOnlineSource.com shall not be responsible for items returned that are lost or damaged in transit. Postage and handling charges to our warehouse will be paid by the customer and is non-refundable. In the event that the product you are returning does NOT meet the requirements described in this document, we will photograph the merchandise and packaging and prepare a detailed summary of our determination to deny the return. The merchandise will then be returned to you.

cross, widely used symbol. In various forms, it can be found in such diverse cultures as those of ancient India, Egypt, and pre-Columbian North America. It also is found in the megalithic monuments of Western Europe.

In Christianity

The most frequent use of a cross is among Christians, to whom it recalls the crucifixion of Jesus and humanity's redemption thereby. The Christian form of blessing by tracing a cross over oneself or another person or thing originated before A.D. 200. The oldest Christian remains contain drawings of crosses and cruciform artifacts, and the fact that the cross was the Christian emblem before the toleration of Christianity is shown by the vision of Constantine I. His mother, St. Helena, is supposed to have found the True Cross at Calvary in 327, and the event is commemorated on May 3 as the Finding of the Cross. Splinters of the relic are widely distributed and honored by Roman Catholics and Eastern Orthodox. In 614, to the scandal of Christendom, Khosru II of Persia took the largest piece of the relic from Jerusalem. It was restored by Heraclius I in 627; the anniversary of this event is Sept. 14, the Exaltation of the Cross. The relic was lost in the Muslim occupation of Jerusalem. Use of the cross was one of the popular practices attacked by Byzantine iconoclasm and vindicated (787) by the Second Council of Nicaea.

The crucifixthe cross with the figure of Jesus upon ithad already been established in use; at first, the figure was painted or in bas-relief, a style surviving in the Christian East. Older Western crucifixes often presented the Savior reigning, in robe and crown. The realistic dying figure, dating from the Renaissance, is now universal in Roman Catholicism.

Devotion to the cross as a symbol of the Passion is an outstanding development (from the 11th cent.) in the history of Christian piety; it has ever since been an essential part of the public and private religious life of Roman Catholics. Protestants have been generally sparing in using the cross and do not use the crucifix, but the symbolism has been retained in their literature (e.g., in the hymn, When I Survey the Wondrous Cross). The cross was the badge of the Crusades and was adopted as the emblem of the Templars, of the Knights Hospitalers (Knights of Malta), and of the Teutonic Knights. It became important in heraldry, flag designs, and decorations.

Examples of artistic effort spent on crosses are seen in the monumental crosses of market, town, and wayside in Europe (e.g., at Cheddar, Malmesbury, and Winchester, England) and in the wayside calvaries of Austria and Brittany. Some of the finest art products of the Celts were stone crosses. (For the later Eleanor Crosses, see Eleanor of Castile.) Processional crosses (on poles) lend themselves to elaboration. Crosses are also worn for personal adornment. Pectoral crosses and necklace crosses have given scope for fine enameling.

Cross Shapes

There are many shapes of crosses. The Latin cross, the commonest, has an upright longer than its transom. With two transoms it is called an archiepiscopal or patriarchal cross; with three it is a papal cross. A cross widely used by Slavs and by others of Eastern rites has two transoms and a slanting crosspiece below. The Greek cross has equal arms. St. Andrew's cross is like an X, and the tau cross is like a T. The Celtic, or Iona, cross bears a circle, the center of which is the crossing. The Maltese cross and the swastika (an ancient and widely diffused symbol) are still more elaborate.
